A blend of 50% garganega with 30% trebbiano Toscano and 20% friulano, this is from the little-known DOC of Custoza in the Veneto region of north-east Italy. But don't let that stop you; this is a crisp, refreshing, versatile white with gentle pear fruit and a perfume of delicate white flowers. A lovely white to pair with simple fish, light vegetable pasta sauces or crudites.
