Founded in 1964 by Vincenzo Toffoli, and now run by his sons, this estate has been a favourite of ours for many years. The Toffoli family have always focused on quality and consistency, making their Prosecco in the traditional frizzante style that's less fizzy than, say, Champagne. Expect delicate orchard blossom, juicy pears and attractive overall balance in this great little party fizz.
