Clementi Valpolicella Classico 2023 Veneto

Pale, sapid and lightly leafy, this is a textbook old-school Valpolicella with no sweetness or new oak, and a very appealing linearity and clarity of flavour. No messing about, this was made to complete the triangle alongside a human and pasta marinara. We have found it dangerously moreish.
