Genaudieres Muscadet La Coulee dOr 2023

The renaissance in Muscadet continues and this appellation produces some of France's best value light whites. This is crisply appley with a waft of sea breeze and a delicate touch of sourdough on the finish from lees ageing. It is perfect with the seafood and shellfish of the Atlantic coast, but to be honest we like it just as much as a light, fresh and genial apertif that has a stalwart place in the fridge door.
