Konpira Maru Disco Pocket Riesling Vermentino 2021 Australia

This wine is a sort of origin story for Konpira Maru's own Sam Cook, a Theatre of Wine ex manager. It is a combination of riesling from the Aradale Vineyard in Ararat (the vineyard where Sam made his first commercial wine) and vermentino from the Chalmers Family's Merbein Vineyard, the site where Konpira made their first wine. 90% riesling and 10% vermentino give a zesty tropical fruit nose with a summer citrus palate of lemon, passionfruit and herbal bay.
