Dobogo Furmint 2019 Tokaj

Dobogo is a small, family-run winery which operates on five hectares of first-growth vineyards in the volcanic heartland of Tokaj, near the village of Mad. This is an excellent introduction to dry furmint, Tokaj's signature white grape. Crisp and clean without overt oak, this has waxy pear fruit, with a savouriness and a gently spiced character that recalls top Loire chenin blanc.
