Aged in a mixture of French and American oak enhancing this concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon with a plethora of flavours; vanilla spice, charcoal, coffee, chocolate, cinnamon, liquorice, nutmeg and cigar box. All of this served with large helping of black cherries, blackcurrents and plums. Bring on the roast lamb!
