This is a bright and citrussy wine with steely freshness and notes of sweet,juicy red apples countered by spice and dusty minerality: a fine introduction to Furmint, Hungary's signature white grape. It has been matured entirely in stainless steel and offers surprising persistence and complexity. An excellent match for pork and terrific value for money.
