Kovacs Unoaked Chardonnay 2022 Eger

Better known for its red wine, Kovacas are showing that the whites of Eger in North-East Hungary can be just as compelling. Their chardonnay has plenty of clarity and fruity sweetcorn notes, but with a distinctly Hungarian spicy, white pepper edge and a waxy finish. A great all rounder.
