Each year the Castillo hosts an international music festival that attracts some of the world's best artists. To celebrate they drink Stars! This is composed of mainly garnacha supplemented by a little pinot noir. Its delicate pink introduces the satin texture with its pretty red fruits and lovely fresh sheen.
