Senorio de Pecina Chobeo Blanco 2022/2023 Rioja

Made from a selection of the best grapes from fifty year old vines, this white Rioja spends its first month fermenting on skins in new American oak, followed by two months in cask to help derive woody, toasty notes followed by a touch of nuttiness. If you are a fan of dry sherry, this is a must try, and excellent value!
