Established since 1897 amidst the gentle slopes of Langenlois, at the heart of Austria's Kamptal region, Weingut Rosner is today in the hands of Norbert, Renate and their son Stefan. Neighbours to the illustrious Brundlmayer in both their winery and this vineyard, Ried Steinberg can be found further up the hill than Kaferberg on a rocky plateau. Here riesling reaches great depth and concentration, with an abundance of white peach, apricot, bright citrus and tangy acidity. We recommend decanting to fully appreciate the firm mineral power and glorious aromas, but otherwise this can be tucked away for great pleasure on a rainy day.
