Champagne J Vignier Aux Origines Extra Brut NV

Aux Origines is a dangerously drinkable blanc de blancs from the Coteaux du Sezannais. Long lees-ageeing gives it a depth of flavour, whilst the low dosage makes for a crisp finish with a salty note that plays brilliantly against the creamy palate. An ideal aperitif and it is even better with something salty to nibble.
