Champagne J Vignier Silexus Sezannensis Extra Brut NV

This is single vineyard cuvŽe from Chardonnay specialists, J Vignier, from a parcel of vines planted in flint soils in the Coteaux du Sezannais. The warmer southern vines produce bold fruit expression, which gains a baroque grandeur after nine years of ageing on lees. The result is an opulent, rich champagne that demands big glasses and plenty of air.
