Old, dry farmed bush vines of chenin blanc, grown in the arid Swartland region northwest of Cape Town, form the basis of this muscular, concentrated wine. Aged in old French oak, this is hugely mineral on the palate with smoky conference pear flavours and a reverberant finish. One of the Cape's very best chenins - and that's saying something!
