Since the first vintage in 2011, this has become one of South Africa's top white blends, based heavily on old, bush vine chenin blanc with some old vine semillon. Low intervention winemaking results in a wine of concentration and breadth, counterpointed by mouthwatering freshness, without overt oak. Expect flavours of grainy pear, green tea, white pepper, honeycomb and Rice Krispies. We believe the 2021 is the finest vintage yet and will repay a decade of ageing.
