Frank Follin-Arbelet, whose own family tree is deeply rooted in Burgundy, tends by hand vines which were once a part of the Louis Latour estate. Using old-school methods and only small amounts of new oak, Follin allows his wines to most elegantly speak for themselves and their terroir. Expect here brambles and hedgerows, herb gardens and forest floor, smoke and game: the autumnal countryside in a glass.
