A pioneering project to revive old vines in the mountainous Callingasta valley North of Mendoza, this is a blend of old varieties based around the gently aromatic Torrontes Sanjuanino. Mild, soft and herby, you could almost imagine it coming from the North of Italy. A little grip makes it moreish and digestible.
