Le Riche Vogelzang Cabernet Cinsault 2014 Stellenbosch

Cabernet specialist Le Riche has recreated here the traditional cape blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Cinsault (25%). Aged in french oak barrels, one quarter new, this is a true vin de garde in a classic mould and has been allowed ten years to come together before release. Smokey and autumnal, there is a real restraint with fine tannins framing a sweet core of licorice and fig, before a long savoury finish.
