Champagne Olivier Horiot Solera Brut Nature NV

A rare blend of all seven of Champagne's permitted varieties from vineyards in Riceys in the Cote des Bar. Each variety is vinified seperately in oak barrel and aged for a year on lees before being blended with a base wine that is aged in a solera giving intense umami richness and depth. Based on Pinot Noir for which Riceys is famous and with no dosage, this is uncompromising, gastronomic, intense Champagne for contemplation and great food.
