Champagne JM SŽlque Solessence Extra Brut NV Jean-Marc SŽlque is a young winemaker with already ten years winemaking under his belt farming nine hectares of Champagne across 45 different plots with mature vines, some of them over 70 years old. Solessence is a great introduction to his precise, mineral style of winemaking, and blends the three classic Champagne grapes across a number of the terroirs that he farms. The assemblage contains 50% reserve wines from a perpetual solera adding deep umami notes to the bright core of fruit. A gastronomic wine you will find on many top restaurant wine lists.
