Champagne Paul Bara Grand Rose de Bouzy

A Rose from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. A soft Champagne with a plentiful fine mousse. Majority Pinot Noir in the blend, giving the wine a peppery note which supports strawberries and cherries on the nose. On the palate the strawberry continues and opens to raspberries and hints of breakfast pastries with morello cherry on the finish. Great as an aperitif as well as being robust enough to stand up to roast meats.
