Poggio delle Grazie Bardolino 2022 Veneto ORG

Bardolino, ever in the shadow of the more famous Valpolicella, is made with similar native grape varieties. This is based on what most producers consider to be the best of them: corvina, supplemented by 5% of rondinella for freshness. Coming from the cru vineyard of La Rocca, the result is all fresh strawberries, rose petals and a ripple of tannin. Serve this slightly chilled alongside some cold cuts, salame or cheeses to best enjoy its translucent charms.
