This wine was made with the express intention of being the perfect match to pair with the Paca Piranha from Peru. A low intervention, textured wine made from a blend of (mainly) chardonnay, pinot noir, riesling, arneis and sauvignon blanc. On the palate expect a bright, light bodied with with notes of orange and lemon meringue pie.
