Carso is a rocky and rough region north of Trieste in Friuli. The area has its own identity forged from the multitude of central European influences over its history, and its wines are prized especially. From a well-respected biodynamic producer, this is mineral and aromatic at the same time, with mango and white pepper flavours and plenty of textural grip.
