Feu Follet translates to Ùwill-o'-the-wispÎ - a phosphorescent light seen hovering or floating at night. In folklore the ÔFeu FolletÕ are the spirits of passed on loved ones coming back to bid their final goodbyes. In this case, this is referring to one of the natural wine worldÕs brightest lights, Dominique Belluard, who sadly passed away in June 2021 and whose grapes have been used to make this wine. Whole bunch, no fining, filtration or sulphur used at any stage. 100% Gringet from Belluard's vines in Ayze, Savoie. These were handpicked then fermented at Jean- Claude's Beaujolais estate.
