Sainte Beatrice Rose Cuvee 'B' 2023 Cotes de Provence

The property of Sainte Beatrice has been owned by Valerie Rousselle of cru classe Chateau Roubine since 1994, and remains a great under-the-radar rose from Provence, made by the winemaking team at Roubine. With 30 hectares planted on south-facing slopes, and vines between 30 and 60 years of age, Beatrice makes a delicate but plush rose, all creamy red fruits, Provencal spice and a clean, delicate finish. A blend of cinsault, grenache and cabernet sauvignon.
