Markovitis Xinomavro 2019 Naoussa

Xinomavro always has us guessing, with its haunting perfume, fine acidity and toothsome tannins, it could be a cousin of Nebbiolo. With a few years in bottle it really shows its class, and this is full of mature sweet and sour flavours of tamarind and baked quince, framed by rich but yielding tannins.
