Intellego Syrah 2021 Swartland

Full flavoured, but fine boned with no excess of alcohol, this is Syrah in the mould of the Northern Rhone, with rich meaty flavours, cigar, liquorice and peppery spice lifted by cassis and violet. Super value and great with slow braised meat, like a venison casserole.
