This outstanding Nebbiolo comes from second generation winemakers, whose emphasis on community and family drive their winemaking. Made from hand harvested grapes, this delicious Nebbiolo spends 3 weeks macerating on the skins before spending a further 11 months in a single large oak foudre, creating this wonderful red strawberries and spice driven wine with a delicate overtone of roses.
