In collaboration with London bistro Maison Francois, Botivo has handcrafted this botanical apertivo on a small farm in Hertfordshire. Drawing inspiration from the French aperitif Pastis, this aperitivo's aromatic, bitter, and floral aromas of apple cider, honey, chamomile, star anise, artichoke, gentian root, and fennel pollen all sing together in harmony.
Botivo suggests that this is best enjoyed with soda over ice, garnished with a bay leaf ... but, with each bottle containing at least 20 servings, serve this however you please!
