Sturm Cabernet Franc 2021 Friuli

Opulent, but savoury, this Cabernet Franc from the far North East of Italy shows rich dark cherry fruit and a lick of coconut and dark chocolate from its passage in barrel. Silky in texture the fruit is still beautifully bright and well defined, and there is plenty of energy here to keep it from cloying. Sumptuous stuff.
