Adega Do Demo Bitoku 2021 Ribeiro

Made from the local grape varieties of Treixadura and Loureira from high altitude vineyards made up of slate and clay. Cold soaked in old granite tanks before being transferred into stainless steel tanks, making wine is incredibly lean and crisp, with lots fresh herby notes with fresh white pears. There is a lovely subtle creaminess on the finish which rounds off the whole tasting experience very nicely.
