Maremosso Catarratto 2022 Sicily

Made from white grapes pressed and left on the skins for a short period, this is a very friendly introduction the orange wine trend. Unfined, unfiltered cataratto from the western vineyards in the island, this has textures of quince, dried ginger, Golden Delicious and chamomile tea.
