Made from predominantly Pinot Noir, from vines planted along the famous limestone ridge in Kent. This cuvee is aged for 36 months on the lees which gives it rich and generous toasty notes alongside pears and apricots on the nose. A big contrast to the fresh, zingy and minerally palate, making you want another glass immediately.
