A sublime creation from Raul Perez, a true Gourmand and visionary of the exploding natural wine scene in Spain. From three different sites around Raul's home town of Valtuille de Abajo in Bierzo he blends gordello in masterful fashion. Detailing schist, sand and limestone soils in all their glory, the nose shows bright and delicate aromatic apple blossom, racy lemon zest braised in their own ripe juices, with a touch of leesy toast on the finish.
