Domaine Raspail Ay Gigondas 2020/2021 Southern Rhone

Absolutely classic Gigondas, bursting with the warm, Mediterranean flavours of the south. Expect ripe black fruit, liquorice, dried figs, spiced plums and a hint of balsamic. Aged entirely in cement tanks and old foudres, this is a benchmark wine from 40 year old vines.
