Quaglia Grappa Classica 40% Piedmont

The best way to polish off a lengthy Italian style feast is with a generous pouring of grappa. Quaglia are a very old family firm and this is a straight down the line, classic grappa with notes of tomato stalk, lavender and spice alongside floral nuances of pear and apple blossom. Made from a mixed marc and aged for six months in stainless steel, it's excellent value.
