This is a concept cider, one nestling in the head of the makers Susana and James: it is not about particular apples, specific techniques, periods of time or types of barrels, it is about unique flavour & an aromatic profile, which is highly elevated, exotic, perfumed, herbal, laden with fleshy fruit, tangy fruit, dried fruit, citrus oil, spices & incense! In the blend is Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters Jersey, & Browns Apple. Barrel aged, it has a heady perfume, mandarin notes, clove spice & some lovely soft tannins. Aficionados of skin contact whites will love this!
