Olivers Five Friends Still Dry Cider 2018/2019 6.8% 330ml Herefordshire

A cider explicitly blended to fit any table with aplomb. A bright, copper gold with a gloriously aromatic nose of aloe vera, ripe and dried apple as well as spicy notes. Ripe red apple on a bone-dry palate with a vegetal smokiness faintly reminiscent of mezcal or riesling's kerosene. Moreish with food-friendly bitterness, a touch of acidity and some blue cheese funk.
