From very old soleras in Sanlucar, this wine originates as a Manzanilla which despite prolonged oxidative ageing displays remarkable brightness and finesse. Bursting with intense notes of orange oil and candied fruit on the nose, the palate is long, powerful and spicy with tingling salinity bearing it along to a rich hazlenut finish. An exceptional wine for meditation or a slice of fruitcake.
