Churchills Meio Queijo Tinto 2021 Douro

Churchills are well known for their excellent Ports but they also make seriously good table wines. Meio Queijo is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, aka Tempranillo, and carries all the richness of the Douro. Lots of blue fruit, damson and prune at the front, the finish is dense and baked, like the parched vineyards of the valley. Great robust stuff for hearty fare.
