Adobe Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2022/2023 Bio Bio Chile

The style of Chilean sauvignon blanc has been maturing over the years since it first burst on to the scene, all tinned asparagus and shrill green herbaceousness. These days, the cool vineyards of the Casablanca coast produce wines like this, with gentle notes of fresh peapods, and dry, grapefruity palate and pleasing restraint. An excellent example of how Chile continues to evolve its own style of sauvignon, rather than copy those of France or New Zealand, while retaining excellent value for money.
