Cims de Porrera Garnatxa 2021 Priorat

In 2005 enologist Adria decided to bottle some ancient vine Garnatxa separately. This cuvee sees ageing of 14 months in old oak and a year in bottle before release. The extremely low yields make this wine a very concentrated, layered style with mouth-filling fruit counterbalanced by a charge of mineral intensity from the licorella soils.
