Pago de Tharsys's Academia de Nocturnos range is an homage to the mythical Nocturnal Academy of 16th century Valencia, where well-known artists and novelists used to meet - always with a glass of wine in hand! The bobal grape is indigenous to Utiel-Requena (west of Valencia) where this wine is made. This is a young, vibrant, fruit-driven wine with blackberry and raspberry notes.
