Mezan Guyana 2011

Once made from the iconic Port Morant still, one of the last wooden stills in existence. Nowadays French Savalle four column stills are the vessel of the day yet this is still a captivatingly original small batch rum with notes of banana, caraway, wood spice and green peppercorns with a gorgeously spicy, woody texture. We are convinced it will convert sceptical single malt drinkers to rum!
