The sumptuous Santenay is a classic Beaune red, unashamedly velvety, and deep, with curvaceous fruit and sinuous tannins. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, it will happily mature in the right cellar condition for a further decade, but like so many 2023s it is very seductive and delicious to drink now.
