Domaine La Jarnoterie is a 26-hectare vineyard established at the end of the 19th century in the sleepy little village of St Nicholas de Bourgeuil. It is one of four village communes in this part of the Loire close to Saumur famous for their red wines made from Cabernet Franc, with Chinon the most famous.

Wines from here have a uniquely natural charm, like walking down a country lane, plucking berries from brambles, and watching the cows munch on the pasture.
