The domaine is situated close to Pézenas and comprises 45 hectares of land scattered amongst the scrub. Since its creation in 1969 there has been a restless experimentation which has led to Tempranillo and Rolle/Vermentino vines growing alongside Grenache and Picpoul. Limestone soils and a situation in the north of the appellation give the wines a special mineral freshness. The estate was the first in the region to join Terra Vitis, an organisation committed to following organic principals in support of the local ecology.
